Seek Cabinets offers a limited 12-month warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship on our cabinet boxes, doors, hinges, and drawer glides under normal residential use and service. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products used in residential applications. Seek Cabinets reserves the right to verify all claims and does not authorize any representative to modify or extend this warranty.
If a product is found to be defective, Seek Cabinets may choose to repair or replace it with a functionally equivalent item. Some parts may vary from the original due to availability. We may request return of the defective item before issuing a replacement. Seek Cabinets will cover the cost of replacement parts, but all other expenses—including labor, removal, and installation—are the responsibility of the customer.
Wood is a natural material and will exhibit variations in grain, color, and texture. Over time, exposure to light, moisture, cleaning products, and air may cause finishes to darken or mellow. These changes are expected and not considered defects.
Glazed finishes and painted surfaces may also show unique characteristics due to hand application and natural expansion or contraction of wood. Minor hairline cracks at joints are common in painted cabinetry and are not covered under warranty.
This warranty is valid in the United States only and is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Seek Cabinets is not responsible for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state.
