By placing an order with Seek Cabinets, you agree to the following terms:

Ordering & Payment

• All orders must be placed via email at sales@seekcabinets.com and approved by sales representative.
• Full payment is required via invoice before an order will be processed unless different vendor terms have been agreed upon between your business and Seek Cabinets in writing. 

• We accept the following payment methods:
  Debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfers.

  A 2.99% convenience fee will be applied to all payment methods except bank transfers.
  Bank transfers are fee-free and are encouraged for the most cost-effective payment option.

Order Change & Cancelation

• Once an order has entered processing, no changes can be made. Additional items must be submitted as a new order.
• Cancellations before fulfillment:
  
  • Unassembled orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are picked or shipped.
  • Assembled orders canceled before pickup or delivery are subject to a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations made after fulfillment are treated as returns. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 2 business days using the original method of payment.
• Please note that bank processing times may affect the actual date you receive your refund.

Late Payments (If Applicable)

• Any outstanding balance is subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% annually).
• All payments are due and payable to Seek Cabinets at our designated office or online portal.
• All products remain the property of Seek Cabinets until payment is received in full.
